Description We are looking for a skilled Analyst to join our team in Ventura, California. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. This position involves building and optimizing data pipelines, creating dynamic dashboards, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across various platforms. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports using Power BI. - Design and manage data pipelines with Fivetran to seamlessly integrate information from multiple sources. - Conduct detailed analyses to identify trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for business improvement. - Create and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data for reporting and analysis. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and address business challenges through data-driven solutions. - Ensure the accuracy, governance, and security of data across all systems and platforms. - Provide support for ad hoc analysis requests, clearly communicating findings to diverse audiences. - Partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to implement tailored data solutions. - Maintain a deep understanding of company data structures, hierarchies, and key business indicators. - Monitor and track progress on assigned tasks using project management tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates. Requirements - A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field. - Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard creation. - Strong experience with Fivetran, Tableau, Power Bi, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV data structures. - Strong SQL skills with the ability to write and optimize complex queries, - Expertise in Microsoft Excel with advanced data analysis capabilities. - Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines effectively Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
