Summary

The Business Intelligence Analyst will couple creative analytical thinking and resourcefulness to design, build and steward insightful business analysis and scalable reporting products. The Analyst II will operate with autonomy, pursue creative ideas, and leverage knowledge of Coca-Cola data to deliver strategic, consultative expertise as well as tactical support to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

BI & Reporting Projects (e.g. Power BI dashboards, custom data sets/feeds, etc.)
(40% of Time)

• Interpret and refine reporting requirements, providing requestors with thoughtful recommendations and explanations based on knowledge of Coca-Cola data and existing suite of reporting products.
• Apply analytical and mathematical concepts to provide customers with meaningful, visually robust business metrics (trend, impact analysis, segmentation, change contribution, penetration, churn, etc.)
• Ensure deliverables are successfully adopted. Publish internal and external facing documentation for your reporting solutions.
• Deepen technical skills in a variety of technologies and applications. Champion change and best practices among peers to continuously elevate the quality of the team’s services.
• Work with manager and peers to rationalize disparate reporting methodologies, standardize approach where it makes sense, and promote transparency, consistency, and accessibility of Coca-Cola system data
• Reporting Services (e.g. data analysis and research, consultative support, etc.)

(30% of Time)

• Deepen subject matter expertise in Coca-Cola data, including data lineage and a thorough understanding of the business activities and concepts represented by the data.
• Pursue new ideas for simplifying and automating the execution of reporting services. Drive toward a goal of limited repetition and dynamic automation.
• Leverage subject matter expertise and efficient data querying and manipulation skills to perform research and analysis on data anomalies, data quality gaps, and business insights.
• Stakeholder Engagement

(30% of Time)

• Steward reporting solutions and services through a variety of customer-facing avenues including formal and informal presentations, training, and documentation.
• Work closely with internal and external customers to understand their business routines, performance metrics, audience, and overall role in the Coca-Cola system
• Anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively offer data-driven ways to add value and improve the quality of their business routines.

Qualifications

Advanced SQL & PowerBIPython programming
Mastery of concepts of relational data, reporting, and data manipulation
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and syntax
Articulate, precise communication of complex, technical, or data-oriented content
Experience in ADF, Power Platform and/or DAX preferred.Education:Minimum: High School or GED With minimum required experiencePreferred:4 Year / Bachelors DegreeYears of experience: 3-8 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
