Job Description :

• Engage with business stakeholders to identify needs, objectives, and key success factors.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and process reviews to elicit functional and technical requirements translating business needs into clear, concise requirement documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases).
• Establishes project requirements by assembling a project team, identifying milestones, phases, and elements, and setting the budget and timeline.
• Improves systems by studying current practices, understanding objectives and designing modifications.
• Monitors project progress by tracking activity; adhering to deployment schedule; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
• Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
• Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users and writing improved procedures.
• Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to guide teams in developing best practices and implementing improvements within organization.
• Able to analyze large, complex data sets using a variety of software tools to implement results to the Operations Team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• IFS Cloud ERP experience
• PL/SQL, Microsoft SQL server, Reporting Services, Jira, Excel, MS Word, Outlook, a plus.
• Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for interaction with all levels of management
• Ability to maintain written documentation of daily activities
• Pass drug screen, clean background
• Must possess a valid driver's license
