Ultimate Success Solutions is a life skills training company that provides online success training and

personal development coaching services to various clients internationally. Our business philosophy is

based on creating real value proposition for our customers and in enabling them by providing them

with customer-centric success training programs. Our business philosophy is also centered around

collaboration and forging long-term customer relationships. The person in this role would have a deep

understanding of our products, training programs and customer value propositioning. Successful

candidates must have a strong work ethic, passion to be part of a category-defining startup, and the

drive to not only meet, but exceed monthly sales targets. The role involves working closely with our

management team and our senior sales team, and this will hence provide you with the opportunity to

develop your career in business development. Upon successful completion of a probation period of six

months, and if preferred to the commission-based role, a permanent role would be offered in our

company with full employment benefits.

**2\. Responsibilities**

Make an average of 100 outbound calls to prospects daily  with the goal of daily registrations for our

consultation service.

 Identify points of contact within target localities and reach out to prospective clients via outbound

calls.

 Nurture relationships with potential customers.

 Qualify new leads and follow up on warm leads.

 Manage sales cycle, sales records and all customer follow-ups.

 Meet and exceed monthly targets.

 Become an expert on our brand, business, and our services.

 Stay current on coaching trends and understand the customers portfolios.

**3\. Qualifications**

 Prior 1 to 5 years experience in sales

 Strong phone presence and experience making a hundred calls per day

 Prior experience of closing deals

 Exceptional organizational and time management skills

 Excellent verbal and written communications skills

 Strong listening and presentation skills

 Understanding of business perspective, product features and coaching language

**4\. Pay**

50% commission will be given as payment for every sale made. The total monthly earnings will

be paid on the first of every month.

**5\. Mode**

This is a remote based position.
