As a Community Outreach Assistant, you will:
Represent nonprofit partners at local events, retail spaces, and community activations
Interact with the public to share campaign messaging and mission-driven initiatives
Engage potential donors and supporters through friendly, informative conversations
Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
Maintain accurate records of outreach and donor interactions
Collaborate with teammates and leadership to meet outreach goals
Provide feedback to improve campaign strategies and community engagement
No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Able to work in fast-paced, public-facing environments
Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or GED required (college coursework is a plus)
