• guiding and advising guests to ensure the best possible experience.
• preparing coffee and tea.
• serving and explaining our products.
• Stock Control and Ordering
• working closely with all of your colleagues and the bakers in the back of house.
• preparing the shop for opening and closing, making sure all tasks are completed correctly.
• being professional and aware of everything around you, while keeping it light and having fun - both with guests and colleagues.

WHO YOU ARE

• Knowlege & Experience in Bakeries ( A plus, not required)
• 3+ years of barista experience 
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations - Food Handler / ServeSafe certified preferred
• interested in becoming part of a close team.
• proactive, able to express your opinion, and give/receive constructive feedback.
• punctual and dedicated.
• detail-oriented, you put the same care into all tasks, no matter how big or small.
• you have respect for your job, and do it with pride.
• clean, take good care of your workplace and yourself.
