We're currently seeking Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to join our events team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and wants to gain hands-on experience in marketing, promotions, and customer service.
Represent brands at local events, pop-ups, and retail activations
Engage with customers in-person to answer questions and provide product/service information
Deliver excellent customer service through clear, friendly communication
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and brand display management
Work closely with the team to achieve campaign goals and customer satisfaction targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude
Interest in customer service, sales, or marketing (no experience required)
Ability to work on-site at events (this is not a remote position)
Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
