				  Kontakt.io  is building the platform that care operations run on.  We reduce waste, cut costs, and improve throughput by automating and orchestrating clinical workflows. Using AI, real-time location data (RTLS), and EHR integration, our platform empowers care teams with self-learning agents that adapt in real time — enhancing operational performance and transforming patient care. 
 We’re trusted by HCA, Dignity Health, Mercy Health, Trinity Health, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and we’ve quadrupled our ARR in the last 24 months. Now, with $47.5M  in funding from Goldman Sachs, we’re scaling toward $100M+ ARR — and we’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our mission. 
 This role is focused on net-new logo acquisition within a defined geographic patch, supported by a dedicated SDR function, enablement team, and cross-functional leadership. 
 What You’ll Do 
 Own your territory: You’ll build and execute a territory plan focused on engaging new health systems, hospitals, and regional provider groups 
 Drive end-to-end sales — from outbound prospecting to negotiation and close — focused on complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals 
 Leverage Salesforce, Gong, and 6sense to identify key accounts, improve engagement, and forecast with accuracy 
 Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Enablement, Product, and Leadership to refine your message and maximize your impact 
 Represent  Kontakt.io  at industry trade shows and healthcare conferences, using them as strategic tools to engage new prospects 
 Apply insight from our top national accounts to guide messaging in your region — you’ll bring proven value to new customers 
 What Success Looks Like 
~ We’ve mapped out a clear path for success — so you know exactly what’s expected, and what’s possible: 
~30 Days:  Get ramped up fast. Complete onboarding, master the tools, and develop a territory plan grounded in data. 
~60 Days  : Start executing. Launch outreach campaigns, book meetings, and begin building your early pipeline. 
~90 Days  : Gain traction. Advance several real opportunities and develop relationships with key accounts. 
~6 Months  : Own your patch. Build a strong, high-quality pipeline, engage decision-makers, and demonstrate real progress toward your quota. 
✅ You’re a Fit If You... 
 Have 5+ years of success in complex B2B sales, ideally in healthcare SaaS, RTLS, or IoT 
 Understand long-cycle, consultative sales and how to build trust with Ops, CIOs, CFOs, and clinical leaders 
 Thrive in territory ownership, with strong outbound habits and SDR support 
 Balance autonomy with collaboration, working cross-functionally and welcoming leadership visibility 
 Bring rigor to your pipeline: detailed notes, clean forecasting, and insight-led selling 
 Bonus: Experience with Salesforce, Gong, and/or 6sense
