Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Environmental Scientist. The position is located in Anchorage, AK, with some work-from-home options available. The Environmental Scientist will be responsible for conducting field work, performing environmental impact assessments, and providing general environmental permitting support. They will also be responsible for preparing detailed scientific reports and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Field Work for environmental projects
Environmental Science and Environmental Impact Assessment skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or a related field
Ability to work independently and in a team
Knowledge of Alaskan ecology and environmental laws is a plus
