As an Event Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a vital, public-facing role in supporting on-site marketing events , building brand awareness, and helping drive engagement for nonprofit initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on experience with live events , work closely with marketing and outreach teams, and interact directly with local communities.
Assist in the setup, coordination, and breakdown of in-person marketing events
Professionally represent nonprofit clients at community events, festivals, and high-traffic venues
Engage with attendees to raise awareness, share key information, and answer questions about social causes
Support event logistics, including inventory management, signage, and promotional material distribution
Contribute to the development of event strategies that boost community involvement and donor engagement
Monitor event performance, collect data, and report feedback to campaign managers
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and impactful event experience
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in marketing, communications , or a related field is a plus
