About the Opportunity  

We’re seeking diligent, capable, and friendly customer service representatives to help us launch a new kind of home maintenance and repair business. One defined by quality, professionalism, speed, and precision. We recognize the skill and craftmanship needed for a job well done and honor the responsibility of caring for someone’s home.

What You’ll Do  

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency, setting a new standard for home service. 
  • Coordinate Seamless Service: Facilitate smooth communication between clients and field tech teams, ensuring speed, precision, and quality in every interaction and job. Handle scheduling, payments, and estimating via phone, email and text messaging. 
  • Collaborate on Innovative Processes: Help develop, shape and refine best-in-class efficiency and ease for both you and the customers you serve. 
  • Uphold Our Commitment to Care: Represent the company’s values by honoring the responsibility of caring for customers’ homes, building trust through diligent and respectful service.
