We’re looking for reliable gig drivers to help us place marketing signs throughout the community. This is a flexible, independent contractor role — perfect for someone already driving for Uber, DoorDash, Instacart, or other gig platforms who wants extra income. $4.00 per sign + Gas Card Provided | Flat Fee Example: $200 per 50 signs What You’ll Do * Pick up signs and a gas card from our owner in Carlsbad * Place 50 general marketing signs and/or 25 test prep signs in designated areas (schools, libraries, and major intersections) * Complete each assignment by the set deadline (end of each month; repeat work available every 4 weeks) * Take photos of every single sign placed (must include either the school name or street name visible in the photo) * Return photo documentation for verification — no photo, no payment for that sign What We’re Looking For * Strong work ethic — this is not “easy money,” it requires effort and attention to detail * Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license * Familiarity with neighborhoods in Carlsbad and Oceanside * Ability to push sign stakes into grass and safely place signs near traffic intersections Compensation * $4.00 per sign placed (50 signs = $200 potential earnings per project) * Gas card provided upon pickup - $30 * Flat fee project examples: $230 for a 50-sign drop + gas allowance * Flexible scheduling — you decide when to work and complete within the project window Why This Gig? * Great side income for gig drivers already on the road * Flexible schedule — just get the project done on time! * Consistent, repeat work available every 4 weeks If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the road, we’d love to hear from you!
