DIVE INTO YOUR DAY

You'll have a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 7 AM and 5 PM, with some Saturdays.

As our HVAC Install Lead, your day begins with reviewing job specs and loading up the vehicle with everything needed for a smooth install. You'll travel to residential-and occasionally light commercial-job sites across the Carlsbad area, leading the installation of heating and air conditioning systems from start to finish. You'll work hands-on, ensure everything meets spec, inspect your installs for quality and performance, and walk customers through their new systems with clarity and care. You take the time to answer questions, provide expert recommendations, and make sure every customer is 100% satisfied before you leave. You're not just doing a job-you're setting the standard for excellence and representing the values we're known for.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• EPA certification
• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Ability to provide your own tools
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member
• High mechanical aptitude and organizational skills
• Valid California driver's license
