Accent Building Materials (ABM) is a leading distributor of construction materials across North America. We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our Tomball, TX distribution center. This newly created role is designed to enhance our customer experience and support our evolving sales organization.

As an Inside Sales Rep, you’ll serve as a critical link between our outside sales team and our customers - building relationships, generating leads, and closing sales through phone and email. If you're driven, organized, and ready to grow, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Support : Drive daily sales through inbound and outbound calls and emails with new and existing customers.
• Customer Experience : Deliver best-in-class service with professionalism and clarity.
• Lead Generation : Collaborate with the sales team and GM to identify prospects through outreach, industry tools, and associations.
• Product Knowledge : Learn and maintain a strong understanding of ABM’s product catalog and its applications.
• Order Management : Manage the full sales order process from quote to delivery - including pricing, negotiations, and coordination with Territory Sales Managers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or business development
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and growth mindset
• Tech-savvy - proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP a plus)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual skills a plus
• Must pass a post-offer background and drug test
