Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Instructional Systems Designer to join our team on a contract basis onsite in Los Angeles, California. This role involves creating engaging and visually appealing instructional videos using Camtasia and other design tools. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and technical expertise to produce high-quality learning content. Responsibilities: - Develop engaging instructional videos using Camtasia, incorporating assets from various sources and existing video materials. - Design and implement graphical backgrounds to enhance video content. - Overlay text and other visual elements onto videos to improve clarity and engagement. - Integrate pre-recorded voiceovers into video content for seamless learning experiences. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure videos align with training objectives and branding guidelines. - Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Captivate to create additional e-learning materials. - Apply adult learning principles to design effective and impactful training solutions. - Conduct quality assurance checks on deliverables to maintain high standards of production. - Stay updated on emerging trends in instructional design and e-learning technologies. Requirements - Proficiency in Camtasia for video creation and editing. - Experience with e-learning tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Creative Cloud. - Understanding of adult learning theory and its application in instructional design. - Strong graphic design skills, including the ability to create custom backgrounds and visual elements. - Ability to integrate multimedia components, including text, visuals, and voiceovers, into cohesive learning materials. - Knowledge of blended learning approaches and e-learning module development. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality instructional content.
