Job Description:

Our firm is looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and hard working Marketing Lead to help manage and grow our client base. The Marketing Lead will generate business, qualify prospects, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new business. We offer full-paid training and continued education, so this entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to break into the marketing world!

As a Marketing Team Lead, you will:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients in the home improvement industry.
• Secure new accounts; build relationships with potential customers and nurture existing professional client relationships.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as the face of our company. 
• Manage a pipeline of prospects and follow up to ensure a smooth transition to the sales team.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to maximize client satisfaction and repeat business.
