Job Description

**Responsibilities** A Student Nurse attending an accredited registered nursing program performs nursing duties for a selected patient population within the guidelines of hospital policies and procedures under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse and indirect supervision of the Nurse Manager. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of St. Mary Medical Center. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support St. Mary Medical Center's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the quality improvement, process, and activities. **Qualifications** + High School Diploma/GED + Enrollment in an accredited board certified registered nursing program working towards obtaining direct patient clinical experience. + BLS from American Heart Association + Recent RN graduate without RN license yet. **Overview** CommonSpirit Health was formed by the alignment of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health.
