We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced, small-office environment. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, values precision, and enjoys contributing to a collaborative workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including special projects and tasks
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for tracking, documentation, and reporting
Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow
Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Draft, edit, and translate internal documents and reports
Perform accurate data entry and maintain database systems
Location: West Hills, CA
Schedule: Tuesday – Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $23/hour
Previous administrative experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in a small-office setting
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
