We are
currently hiring a pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at our Medford, Oregon location . We are seeking a creative, fun, and dynamic therapist, who has a passion for helping others and a commitment to continued growth and learning.

Position Available: Full-time Permanent.
Full-Time:
40 hours a week - Immediate Opening.
Salary Range : $73,666.67- $95,388.89/annually, based on experience.
QMHP Incentive: 10% increase on base salary ($81,033.33-$104,927.78 annually)

Part-Time: (less than 30 hrs) Base Pay Rate: $50.99-$71.59, per client hour. DOE.

Qualifications:

  • Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
  • State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License.
  • CPR certification.
  • Previous experience working in pediatrics, preferred. 
  • New graduates with a strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply. 
  • Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
  • Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems, and therapy equipment.
  • Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Willingness to supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants.
  • Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
  • Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
  • Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner, meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
  • Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with members of the client's care team.
  • Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
