Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) – Clinician-Led Private Practice | Corvallis, Oregon

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver 1:1, evidence-based therapy services to a diverse pediatric caseload

• Conduct evaluations and craft individualized, function-focused treatment plans

• Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to promote carryover and progress at home

• Document sessions thoroughly while staying focused on client goals

• Partner with other therapists and professionals in a truly multidisciplinary setting

• Supervise COTAs or students (if desired), with support from leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed (or soon-to-be) OTR/L in Oregon

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

• Passion for working with children and supporting families

• Excitement about working in a private practice with a strong values-driven mission

• Interest in mentoring and team leadership (a plus, but not required)
