What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver 1:1, evidence-based therapy services to a diverse pediatric caseload
Conduct evaluations and craft individualized, function-focused treatment plans
Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to promote carryover and progress at home
Document sessions thoroughly while staying focused on client goals
Partner with other therapists and professionals in a truly multidisciplinary setting
Supervise COTAs or students (if desired), with support from leadership
