What You'll Do - Lead PFAS research and LCMS analytical projects from concept through completion.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to solve complex technical challenges.
- Mentor and support junior scientists, helping to foster a culture of growth and inclusion.
- Identify and implement improvements in laboratory practices and analytical methodologies.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-expert clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to proposal development, client deliverables, and technical publications.
- Play a key role in advancing a workplace culture that values learning, innovation, and integrity.
What You'll Bring - PhD in Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytical laboratory setting.
- Expertise with techniques such as FTIR, DSC, GCMS, LCMS, and SEM.
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience working with PFAS compounds.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring and continuous improvement.
- Commitment to scientific rigor, project leadership, and client-focused solutions.
