Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Virtual Booking Guide to support clients in planning travel experiences. This remote role involves helping individuals and families book vacations, accommodations, transportation, and curated travel packages, all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities
Guide clients through the travel booking process via phone, email, or virtual meetings
Recommend destinations, travel packages, and accommodations tailored to client preferences
Use approved booking platforms and supplier tools to secure reservations
Maintain organized records of client communications and itineraries
Keep up to date on travel trends, deals, and policies
Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing support before, during, and after travel
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate booking software and online research tools
Enthusiastic about travel and helping others plan memorable trips
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Reliable internet access and computer/laptop
Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
Prior customer service or travel-related experience is a plus, but not required
