Job Description

My Virtual Resources LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this remote position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executives in their daily operations, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and decision-making. As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and handling communications with clients and stakeholders. Your exceptional multitasking abilities will be essential as you keep track of various projects and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. You should be adept at using various software tools and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. In addition to administrative support, you will also have the opportunity to take on special projects and contribute to process improvements within the organization. This is a part-time, 1099 role. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage executives' schedules and coordinate appointments
  • Handle and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
  • Organize and maintain files and records for easy retrieval
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations
  • Assist with project management tasks and help track project milestones
  • Support in organizing company events and meetings, both virtually and in-person.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and common office software
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
