Opportunity
The Event Coordinator supports the Events Department with logistics, planning, and execution of Life Surge events. This is a highly dynamic, travel-intensive role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
Travel and be on-site for events (2–3 times/month)
Provide administrative and logistical support to the Events Department
Schedule meetings, manage calls, take notes, and assist with travel arrangements for the road crew
Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and staffing agencies ahead of events
Manage event logistics, site planning, F&B, communications, and vendor coordination
Pull, transport, set up, and break down event materials
Exhibit professional communication across all channels (phone, email, text)
Train alongside event leads with the potential to grow into a lead role
Maintain regular office functions while traveling

Qualifications:
High school diploma required; at least 1 year of related experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Professionalism in high-paced environments
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Asana, or similar tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
Able to lift 25–50 pounds as needed
Willingness and availability to travel regularly to Life Surge events
