 Job Summary  The candidate needs to have an undergraduate degree with computer language knowledge and skills. He/she will use R language, Matlab, Phyton, C++, and image processing. He/she will be responsible for data assembly, and analyses of big data, and image data for our precision medicine laboratory. 
 Responsibilities  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
-  Performing dataset collection and assembly for the lab. 
-  Cleaning up of genomic data. Image processing of high-content imaging data generated by the lab. 
-  Big data analyses, including in-house and public gene/drug data. Correlation analysis and processing of drug sensitivity data generated in the lab. 
-  Generating programs to facilitate data analysis in the lab. Generating graphs and results for publication. 
-  Preparation of manuscripts for publication. 
-  Perform all other job-related duties as assigned. 
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, cell biology or other natural, life, health care or materials science directly related to the research area to which the position is assigned and experience in a research, basic science or clinical setting particularly clinical trials research. 
 OR  Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, cell biology or other natural, life, health care or materials science directly related to the research area to which the position is assigned and a minimum of three years' experience in a research, basic science or clinical setting particularly clinical trials research. 
 Preferred Qualifications  The candidate should have completed an undergraduate degree with computer-related training, and R language, Phyton, Matlab, and image processing experiences.

 Detail-oriented 
 Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills 
 Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases 
 Shift/Salary/Benefits  Shift: Days; Monday - Friday 
 Pay Band: B5
 Salary Minimum: $17.88
 Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position
